So we went camping for 6 nights, in a tent, at Riverside Campground and Cabins in Big Sur. At first I really did not like the campsite because all the campers were right next to each other. But, after a bit it sort of grew on us. I still would like the camps to be spread out a bit more.. but I guess that is the way it is there. We were next door to Big Sur Campground and Cabins, which is horrible! imho.. it had way more cabins and camping/rv sites than our campground. Ours was smaller and more "intimate". We had quite the time, the kids tubed down the Big Sur River and we were visited by a skunk and some racoons that loved our wheat bread.
